The game itself is really interesting. It will definitely demonstrate that it's easy to be reckless and even easier to be too conservative when trying to build a winery. The true challenge is finding the sweet spot where, as a winery owner, you grow just fast enough to prosper.
No kidding, it can definitely be used as an educational tool for people who may not entirely appreciate the challenges of being responsible for all winery operations.
